Q1.Are you a trading company or factory?
We are trading company with factory,we produced products by ourselves.
Q2.What is your MOQ?
Usually, our MOQ is 2000pcs. But if you need the lower quantity for initial order,that would be acceptable,you can contact with me in time and we will further discuss.
Q3.Can we use our own logo or designs?
-Of course,you can send your designs(JGP,AI,CDR,PDF etc.) for our reference.
We can print the logo by different printing technique which depends on your need.
Major logo printing processes:silk screen printing,laser engraving,3D printing etc.
Q4.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL.
Q5.How long is the sample lead time?
For our existing samples, it is 2-3 days. For your customized samples, it is 7-10 days.
Q6.How long is the production lead time?
It takes about 35 days for MOQ. We have a large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q7.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT, 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight.
