9. Refund Police for Online Advertisements

Due to the nature of our advertising services, all fees paid for advertisements on the SUPPLYgoGREEN platform are non-refundable. Once an advertisement is live on our platform for a duration of 12 months, the service is considered fully delivered. By purchasing advertising space, you acknowledge and agree that there will be no refunds issued for any reason, including but not limited to early termination of the advertisement or dissatisfaction with the advertising results. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SUPPLYgoGREEN, along with its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if SUPPLYgoGREEN has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
